askporter is exhibiting at Facilities & Estates Management Live 2026

askporter

Facilities & Estates Management Live returns to the Business Design Centre, London, on 20-21 October 2026, and askporter Operations will be there on stand C10.

About the event

Facilities & Estates Management Live is a free-to-attend event for decision makers across FM, estates, property, real estate and workplace. It's organised by Facilities Management Journal (FMJ), which has been the UK's leading FM publication for over 32 years and holds the highest audited circulation in FM media.

The show runs a seminar programme in the same editorial style as FMJ, built around knowledge-sharing, collaboration and innovation across the sector. Key partners include the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), alongside media partners i-FM.net and the FM Forum. For anyone working in FM, estates or workplace, it's two days to hear from the industry and compare notes with peers facing the same pressures.

Find us at stand C10

We're exhibiting at stand C10 across both days of the show, talking to visitors about what happens between "something's broken" and "job done."

94% of FM teams run their operations across multiple disconnected systems. A spreadsheet for jobs, an inbox for client updates, a separate tool for compliance. Nothing talks to anything else, and the people paying the price are the operations leads chasing status updates and the clients waiting for a straight answer on when a job will be done. That's the problem askporter Operations exists to solve.

Why we're there

Every FM company hits the same ceiling: winning a new contract means hiring more helpdesk staff, more supervisors, more people chasing operatives for updates. askporter Operations breaks that pattern. AI-powered task raising, automated dispatch, and real-time SLA tracking mean your back office scales with your portfolio, not against it.

If your team recognises any of this, come and talk to us:

  • Jobs tracked across spreadsheets, inboxes and WhatsApp groups, with nobody quite sure what the current status is
  • Clients asking for proof of service you can't easily produce
  • SLA performance you only find out about after a client has already raised a concern

We'll have the platform running live on stand C10, and the team on hand to walk through how task raising, job delivery and outreach work together in askporter Operations.

What to expect on the stand

Two days of live demos, honest conversations about what AI-powered automation can and can't do for your operation, and a look at how contract growth doesn't have to mean back-office growth. No sales pitch you didn't ask for. Just a proper look at the platform and a chance to ask the questions that matter to your business.
